Hello dear Trainzers,
after the call for new pictures for our banner was so successful, we would like to bring (back) a (old) new tradition on Trainz.de together with you. The old hands among you surely still know our screenshot contest from the Trainzdepot.
For everyone else here is the idea behind it: Every month there is a theme to which matching pictures from Trainz can be submitted, all users then have a few days to rate them and towards the end of each month we then choose the screenshot of the month. The winner may suggest a new theme.
We would like to start already from next month.
The rules:
Screenshots can be submitted from May 1st to May 14th, the following week everyone has the opportunity to vote for the screenshots (until May 21st), so that we have a winner towards the end of the month. Each registered user can post 1 image per contest, and then give up to 10 points for each image.
The winner gets to propose a theme for another contest. In order to have a little more time, the themes will be set and published a few weeks before the start. The themes should differ enough from each other to give us some variety. You can find more about the rules in the corresponding topic. We would also like to show the screenshots to others. By participating, you agree that we can use the submitted images (by naming the author) for the design of the site or also for other channels (social media).
