  • Leider fehlen in Trainz die Sitzwagen der Bauart "Modernisierungsreisezugwagen". Ich bin in den 60/70er Jahren noch mit Diesen gefahren. Es waren 4achs. Rekowagen mit mehr Laufruhe und etwas gehobener Ausstattung.

    Äußerlich erkennbar an den Aluminium Fensterrahmen (DDR-Chromleisteneffekt). Sie wurden durch Neubauwagen Typ Y aus Görlitz abgelöst.

    Unfortunately, the "modernization passenger coaches" type seating cars are missing in Trainz. I still rode these in the 60s / 70s. There were 4 axles. Reko cars with smoother running and a little more sophisticated equipment.

    Externally recognizable by the aluminum window frame (GDR chrome strip effect). They were replaced by new type Y cars from Görlitz.

    • Oh yes, there was a number of their sub-types, but none survived until today - and so they're very hard to make due to lack of materials. I managed to capture one that was rebuilt to a Dienstwagen though, so... it is possible that one will come to Trainz one day.
