3Ds Max Textur Einstellungen/Name

  • Hi!


    Da ich bisher immer in Gmax gebaut habe bzw eigentlich nur da weil ich mit dem texturieren da besser klar komme,
    dachte ich mir jetzt mal ich muss das doch auch irgendmal in 3ds max hinbekommen...


    ich hab aber nen bissle probleme...
    ich hab auch schon gesucht aber entweder ich such nach dem falschen begriff
    oder das wurde irgendwo mal so nebenbei erwähnt...


    a) wie musste man die texture nochmals bezeichnen?
    b) wo finde ich "unwrap UVW" bei 3ds max design 2012 (deutsch)?
    c) muss ich noch irgendwas beachten?

    xxx.m.[material type]


    wobei 'xxx' ein beliebiger Name Deiner Wahl sein kann. Die Material Typen kann man hier nachlesen:

    Ich hasse diese eingedeutschten Produkte. Du kannst Dir aber ueber die Anpassungen der Icons die ensprechenden Symbole auf die Symbolleiste legen. Ansonsten findest Du es in der Modifier-Liste (modifier=Wandler).

  • So ich wollte jetzt keinen neuen Thread aufmachen und meine Frage paßt hier ja auch rein...



    Und zwar wie macht man ein Objekt in 3Ds Max (2012) transparent.


    Dank der Hilfe von Mick habe ich die andere Dinge mit dem Namen ja hinbekommen.
    Wenn ich aber, so wie ich es in Gmax gewohnt war (Diffuse Color und Opacity), das Bild transparent mache,
    bleibt der Hintergrund bestehen. Das Bild läßt sich nicht transparent darstellen.


    Ich habe schon x-kombinationen durch probiert aber keine funktioniert.


    Gibt es da nen anderen bzw. bestimmten Trick? :shock:


    Wenn möglich mit den deutschen Begriffen erkären.
    Wenn nicht is auch nicht so schlimm, werde es schon finden. :grinning_squinting_face: :winking_face:

    aber das bild wird nicht transparent. Ich glaube ich bin zu doof. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

    Nur da selektierte Objekt wird transparent. Was meinst Du genau mit "Bild"?

  • Das bild sieht so aus:



    Normal ist es als tga so eingestellt das der hintergrund (das weiße) transparent werden sollte in 3ds max.. jedenfalls


    in gmax sieht es so aus:



    bei 3ds max geht das weiß aber nicht weg.


    daher vermute ich das man das in 3ds max anders löst.. nur bekomme ich nicht raus wie. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
