Dear Kilanziom, your paintings look so very good.
On another new masterpiece for the community.
Thank you so much.
But I am a bit confused about the markings in one hand,
showing us the DRG version, and the train ends
(Faltenbalg, Gummiwulst. however) *1) they don't fit to this
time in the other hand.
Can you solve my confusion?
*1) How to translate it?

I believe you mean the rubber bins mounted on additional jackets covering the front pathways of the coach, right?
As for the model itself, everything is exatly according to the original. The question is... what period. The model visible on my last screen presents coach 51 80 89-43 522-7 WGüke 822.0 exactly as she was in the mid 1980s.
A bit of backstory about the details then. This coach was produced in 1929 by Wegmann & Co as No 24 517 Kln car of SB4ük-29 type, specified for the "Rheingold" train. In 1931 the coach received new DRG designation as No 10 717 SB4ük. After 1945 the car remained under West German DB flag and in 1950 underwent it's first major overhaul, later designated as "Gesellschaftswagen" No 10 803, specified as type WG4üke-29/50. In 1966 a new UIC designation was added - 51 80 89-43 522-7 WGüke 822.0. In 1980 the coach was finally retired under DB flag and was sold to FEK Köln (who remains it's owner today). Between 1981 and 1982 the car underwent it's second major overhaul, and at that time received some visible changes in both it's exterior and interior (kitchen removed, interiors refitted, one of the water tanks removed with one of the covers on the roof gone, rubber bins on jackets installed on front walls, kuck-kuck vents installed over the dinning compartment and many many more).
So... my model presents the coach shortly after it's second overhaul in 1982, with all features changed at that time. Basically the coach remains in this state until today, but all details etc in the model refer to 1982 state. One thing worth noting is the paintscheme... before the 2nd overhaul she was dark blue with a cream window stripe. After the overhaul she received a more purple tone (refering to the early 1930s state). The looks following original DRG paintscheme were applied in 1982, but at the same time other details (including the RIC lettering on the lower belt) cause attention that in fact we're dealing with a later period
