Hello and welcome. I don't really understand if I buy TRS22 Standard or TRS22 Platinum, will it have HD quality? Do I also need to subscribe to Trainz Plus STANDARD or Trainz Plus GOLD to get HD quality? Will only a Trainz Plus STANDARD or Trainz Plus GOLD subscription be enough even for TRS19?

As long you want to build a route with HDT (High Detail Terrain, only buildable in TRS Plus) you need Trainz Plus (there is no real difference between Standard and Gold but if you want some extras, which I don't recommend due to "free" DLCs you only own as long your subscription is active)

The main difference between TRS 2022 (Standard) and TRS 2022 PE (Platinum Edition) is Surveyor 2.0.
HD-Terrain and Living Railroad are Plus Features at the moment (and kind of beta).
You dont need to buy TRS 2022, its included in Trainz Plus until cancellation of the membership.
