Summer Sale on the Trainz Store and Steam

Even though the previous version of the game is already a few years old by now, for those who still don't have it, its a great time to get it at a low price... When purchasing via the N3V Store it is possible to select T:ANE Platinum Edition under the "Edition" selector. This contains all routes of the Deluxe Edition as well as a collection of many other DLCs. When purchasing from Steam, you'll find the Platinum Edition contents as a bundle on the store page.

After you registered the steam version of the game to the same myTrainz-Account it should be possible to purchase DLCs for the game on the Trainz Store and use them in the Steam version. However, it is not possible to purchase DLCs on Steam and use them in the download version of the game from the Trainz Store.

All content should also be usable in TRS19 when both games are registered to the same myTrainz-Account

For TRS19, the Standard Edition and the Regional Editions are on sale. The platinum content bundle from T:ANE can also be purchased for TRS19, but this is not to be confused with the actual TRS19 Platinum Edition that contains different things and which is not on sale. Furthermore, the regional editions contain far less content than the standard edition while only costing a bit less, hence why we recommend buying the standard edition.
