[ziut's Christmas Time] ZiuT Tenement 12 (HDfR and LD versions) 1.1

A new level of city/town scenery.

A tenement pack based off real tenement from Świebodzice town.

Pack includes:

- LD version (made for TS09+) with 1024x1024 textures, less details. You can use it as a house far away from tracks.

- HDfR version (made for TS12, but I recommend to use it in TANE and TRS19) with 2048x2048 textures, normalmapping and reflections.
