Trainz Multimonitor Systeme - SimuCheck ToolSet - Stiller Fahrpulte

    Wer von euch nutzt Multimonitor Systeme zum Fahren in Trainz?

    Falls ja, wie ist das mit der Auflösung? ....Trainz kann waagrecht doch immer nur maximal 1920 Pixel darstellen, oder?

    Im nachfolgenden Video entsteht der Eindruck, dass er mit den 3 Monitoren waagrecht mehr Auflösung erreicht, mehr darstellen kann, oder täuscht das?


    Wer von euch benutzt Fahrpulte oder Joysticks zum Fahren?

    Benutzt hier jemand zufällig dieses "SimuCheck Tool Set" für Trainz ?

    Würde mich über mehr Infos von euch zu diesen Themengebieten freuen, .....vielleicht mit ein paar Bildern von euren Lösungen.

    PS: Ich würde gerne Herrn Stiller in Österreich ansprechen, ob er seine Fahrpulte auch mit einer fix fertigen Plug&Play TRAINZ Lösung anbieten könnte.

    Wer ausser mir hätte noch ernsthaftes Interesse an einem höhenwertigen Plug&Play StillerTec Fahrpult für Trainz?

    Multimonitor und 4k Auflösung:


    Nachdem dieses Thema so großes Interesse ausgelöst hat, eine E-Mail Antwort vom Trainz Support Team an mich von dieser Woche.


    Interessant ist, dass sich eine höhere Aufstellung als 1920 x 1200 bereits aktuell nutzen lässt, wenn man mehr als einen Monitor verwendet.


    Vielleicht wissen das einige bereits, ......für manche vielleicht eine interessante neue Info.

    Good Afternoon

    Thank you for your feedback. We do hope to introduce support for higher resolutions in the future, however we don't currently have a timeframe for this. Unfortunately to support this will require a substantial update of the interfaces in Trainz; we are doing this as part of other upgrades in Trainz but it will still take some time till the older systems are fully replaced.


    In the meantime Trainz can be run at 4k and higher resolutions by using Windowed mode, and then expanding the window to the full screen size. This will adjust the window to display Trainz correctly on any size screen, at the full resolution of that screen, however may have an impact on performance.


    Depending on how the multiple screens are configured, you can also expand the Trainz window across multiple screens if you wish to do so. Please note that we cannot guarantee the stability of Trainz when stretched across multiple screens at the current time.


    In regards to the graphics artifacts you are seeing, could you please confirm for me what if you are using an external screen with Trainz when this occurs?
