I made it pretty much donr in May and wanted to start puttinv it in locomotives, but every loco needs a tiny, edit and somehoe couldn't get myself to do it and now I have exams and vacation after where I'm away :thinking_face:

PZB, Sifa, screens with small interactivity, animated rain and wipers, sounds for all the levers and buttons, translated text on levers and buttons, reverted to normal brake and throttle controls to 1:1 replace cab by CJ for 185 and 189

No LZB cause never got to that and Ebula shows fixed instructions about using the cab for now

while I won't be able to do much restyling on it I could think about at least planting the medium interactive screens I made for Traxx into the Vectron, possibly change the UI style a bit to be fitting for a Vectron. But considering the recent speed of my self-initiated projects (Traxx cab has been dragging on for 2 years now 🙄 as for unpaid script work in the freetime I got besides university I mostly go by demand of the Central Europe Team) it would probably take ages till I finally get it released 😅

I hate that I am this way cause realistically speaking its like 3 or 4 work hours

but motivation is like nope especially when I hit a task that involves editing a tiny thing on 100 assets but also in such a way it can't really be automated. This is the most frustrating thing ever, unpaid hour of your life you sit there doing there doing click, Ctrl+E, click, scroll, mark, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+S, Ctrl+Shift+E and it just doesn't end ughh

nothing changed on those. Enginespec is still the old, sounds I made a new one myself with bogeysounds for BR 186/187 that uses the three frequencies at startup and for BR 185 I found 146 sound using conventional enginesound that has really good recordings and works perfect for AI/DCC and acceptably for normal control mode

but you know what pisses me of? Changing the sounds is yet another thing requiring hand edits on the config of every loco ☠️

as for the changes needed for cab, those involve rotating an attachment point. Thankfully all locos have all their attachment points in an identical .im file, so theoretically "just" needs this one file copy and pasted into every traxx. Which I can do for CJs and my own but everyone who made a repaint needs to do it for their repaints manually themselves 🥴 (otherwise there is no back cab, you will still have one forwards but not in reverse)
