Problem Anmeldung: Passwort nicht akzeptiert

    Hi,
    ich will mir im TRS Berlin Shop ein Fahrzeug zulegen, muss mich aber natürlich erstmal anmelden. Alles ganz okay bis ich auf "Registrieren" klicke. Dann meldet er ungültiges Passwort. Dann habe ich ein neues Passwort gemacht (diesmal entsprechend der Forderung). Aber dann geht diese Leiher wieder los. Und so gings imer weiter und weiter. Als Internert-Zugriffsprogramm nutze ich Firefox aber selbst im Internet Explorer ist es das gleiche. Firefox und IE sind auf dem neustem Stand. Also, woran liegt es? Ich würde mich nämlich gerne Anmelden.

    Und Du meinst, mit diesem Problem bist Du hier richtig aufgehoben?


    Warum fragst Du nicht beim Betreiber direkt an?

    Ich hab das ja auch schon bei TRS Berlin gemacht doch weil noch eine größere Comunity ist als TRS Berlin.

    Mag ja sein. Ich wende mich aber trotzdem nicht an die BVG-Berlin, weil in Buxtehude ein Fahrscheinautomat nicht geht, auch wenn die BVG groesser ist :)
